Responsible for a clean pool and our beautiful garden
Cleaning of the villa. The kitchen included - within reason.
Bed sheets and towels are changed after 3 days.
Getting things for you: refill water, drinks, gas, ...
If there is any problem in the villa (water, electricity etc) tell the care taker, he will look for a solution!
If needed, care taker can organize a chef or massage for you.
Privacy
Please arrange the times you want the stuff around
e.g specific days (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) from 9am to 12pm
We will respect your privacy.
Cleaning times
Please tell the stuff if you prefer specific hours they come in the villa to clean.
e.g. after 10am - or only when you are gone!
Or when to do an extra clean.

CHECK-IN - CHECK-OUT
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out before 11am.
Arrival expected 5pm.
KEYS & DOORS
You get keys to lock your rooms and to lock the main door from outside.
Please dont lose them and give back when you leave!
Please unlock the main doors in the morning at 8pm if you lock them from inside. Otherwise stuff is not able to get in!
NO-SMOKING
Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the house.
BREAKAGE & EXTRA CLEANING
You will be responsible for any breakage or loss during your stay which will be replaced at the guest’s expense; determined at the current cost and any transportation, installation or labor fees associated with the replacement.
NO PARTIES
Please respect the neighbors. Parties are not allowed at Villa Black Pearl and we ask you to keep the noise down between 11pm and 7am.
SWIMMING POOL
The pool has an outdoor shower. Please shower before you use the pool.
Also, no glass or bottles allowed in and around the swimming pool.
Please use the swimming pool and grounds responsibly and supervise children at all times.
TOWELS
It is not allowed to take any towels from the villa to the beach.
We provide towels for the rooms and towels for the pool.
CLEANING & WASHING
To accommodate cleaning, please leave the doors to the rooms unlocked. Tell stuff how and when you want it.
We provide new bedsheets and fresh towels after 3 nights!
Shoes stay outside the villa!
House keeper can wash your cloths for a fee (Kes 1.300 per laundry basket)
WIFI
Wi-Fi is free.
There is good access in the whole compound.
ELECTRICITY
Electricity is expensive and we ask you to turn off vans and lights when you leave the room/villa.
Please make a fair use of AC at night.
WATER - COLD WATER
We provide 20 liters of drinking water when you arrive!
Cool water in the fridge and you always have cold water
Caretaker will refill water for Kes 100.- (20 liters)
AMENITIES
We provide sheets and towels.
And on arrival we provide a small bar of soap, a toilet roll per room and drinking water. You will be responsible for supplies for the rest of your stay.
It is not allowed to move sofas, furniture, vans around – please respect the place how it is!
