House Rules

You are warmly welcome and we will do our best for you to have a great stay!
Enjoy your stay and take it easy, even if there are little problems, like a visit of a monkey. You are in Kenya and not in Europe.

This is also my home when I stay in Diani, please be respectful of the property.

1. On arrival get specifics of the villa from the caretaker.

• • Please explain your wishes and expectations with the caretaker.

  • Try to solve your problems with the caretaker. If not possible, Christof (+43 664 7328 4114, +254 746 626 021) will do his best to solve any problem.

2. Accommodation is available from 3pm on the day of arrival and until 11am on the day of departure.

3. NO-Smoking inside the house.

• • Guests are responsible for their behaviour in the house, and the surrounding area, and in the case of an accident they shall bear the consequences themselves.

  • Guests are responsible for any breakage or loss during the stay, which will be replaced at the guest´s expense.

4. KEYS: You will get 2 pair of keys.

• • Lock the doors when going out and when you go asleep.

  • When a key is lost don’t break the padlock before informing the caretaker.

  • Close the kitchen door to keep the monkey out of the fridge and kitchen.

5. KITCHEN and TOILETTE

• • Please keep all the taps turned off after use to avoid wastage of water.

  • Please use the toilet/flush gently to avoid breaking of the entire system.

  • The villa has enough towels. Kindly do not wipe the floors of bathroom, kitchen or any other place using towels.

  • Feel free to use the barbecue outside that is set up for our guests.

6. Swimming Pool

• • Please shower before entering the pool.

  • Follow the advices of the caretaker when the pool is cleaned!
